- Purpose of collection: to provide products/services to fulfill our contract with you, process your order, arrange shipping, provide invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen orders for potential risk or fraud, and, in accordance with preferences you've shared with us, send information or advertising related to our products or services.
- Source of collection: collected from you.
- Disclosed for a business purpose to: our platform provider, Shopify, and our payment processor, PayPal.

Payment Information
Payments on the Site are processed by PayPal. We do not collect or store your full credit card, debit card, or bank account numbers — that information is provided directly to PayPal and handled under PayPal's own privacy policy, available at https://www.paypal.com/us/legalhub/privacy-full.

Customer Support Information

- Purpose of collection: to provide customer support and resolve issues with your order.

Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request its deletion.

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above:

- We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, or similar) on this Site. If that changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly before enabling any such tool.

Use of Your Personal Information
We use your Personal Information to provide our services to you, including to: offer products for sale, process payments, ship and fulfill your order, and communicate with you about your order.

Legal Basis (GDPR)
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area ("EEA"), under the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), we process your Personal Information under the following legal bases:

Retention

Automated Decision-Making
We do not engage in automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects using customer data. Shopify, our platform provider, uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you, including:
- Temporary denylisting of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.
- Temporary denylisting of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.

Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you, to port it to a new service, and to ask that we correct, update, or delete your Personal Information. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us at the information below.
Your Personal Information will initially be processed and then transferred outside of Europe for storage and further processing, including to the United States and Canada. Cookies
A cookie is a small amount of information downloaded to your computer or device when you visit our Site. We use cookies to help our Site function properly, to enhance your browsing experience, and to keep our Site secure.

Cookies necessary for store functionality:
_ab, _secure_session_id, cart, cart_sig, cart_ts, checkout_token, secret, secure_customer_sig, storefront_digest, _shopify_u — used to enable core store, cart, checkout, and account functionality.

Reporting and analytics (Shopify platform-level):
_tracking_consent, _landing_page, _orig_referrer, _s, _shopify_fs, _shopify_s, _shopify_sa_p, _shopify_sa_t, _shopify_y, _y — used by Shopify for basic Site analytics.

Most of these cookies are persistent and will expire between 30 minutes and two years from the date they are downloaded to your device. Session cookies last until you stop browsing.

You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Please note that removing or blocking cookies may negatively impact your user experience and parts of our Site may no longer be fully accessible.

Do Not Track
