Orders and Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase, through the payment method(s) available at checkout (currently PayPal). We do not offer cash-on-delivery or pay-on-arrival options. Your order will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully confirmed.

Order Confirmation
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order — it does not guarantee product availability, which is subject to final verification.

Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed, and will notify you before charging a corrected amount.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped from our warehouses in the United States and, in some cases, from international fulfillment centers, depending on product availability. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days for domestic (US) shipments, and 7 to 15 business days for international shipments. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, product origin, and courier conditions.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, incorrect address information provided by the Customer, or postal issues beyond our control.

Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
