Processing and Shipping Time
Once your order is approved, we work to ship it as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days for domestic (US) shipments, and 7 to 15 business days for international shipments, depending on your location. Please note that unforeseen circumstances or delays with local postal services may occasionally affect delivery times.
Delivery Days
Orders are delivered Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays.
Order Tracking
Your tracking number will be available within 3-4 business days after your order is approved, and will be sent to you by email. You can track your order in real time using this number. If you don't receive this email, please check your Spam folder.
Payment Method
We accept payment via PayPal at checkout. Your order is processed only after payment has been successfully confirmed — we do not offer cash-on-delivery.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping is available on orders over $50. For orders below that amount, standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Attempts
If you're not available to receive your package, the carrier will typically leave a delivery notice or attempt redelivery according to their standard procedure. Please refer to the tracking information for specific carrier instructions.
